Delivery

Shipping information:

We offer standard postal shipping, delivery within Berlin, and, of course, pickup in Berlin. For larger items—especially floor lamps—we can arrange shipping by freight forwarder upon request.

Collection: The lamps and lampshades can be picked up by our customers in Berlin by arrangement. We have workshop space in Berlin-Kreuzberg near Mehringdamm. Request a pickup here.

Delivery: Within Berlin, we personally deliver purchased lamps within 3 business days. It's important to us that customers agree on a specific, binding delivery time. Submit a delivery request here.

Delivery times when purchasing a lamp as offered in the shop:

Pick-up in Berlin: anytime by arrangement

Delivery within Berlin: within 3 working days

Postal delivery in Germany: within 5 working days

Postal delivery within the EU: up to 7 working days.

Delivery area for postal delivery: We ship within Germany and the EU. Shipping to other countries is available upon request. Please submit a request via our email form before purchasing.

Shipping discounts: If you purchase multiple lamps or lampshades that can be shipped together to the same address, we are happy to calculate shipping costs individually to save you money. Please submit a request via our email form before purchasing.

Shipping: Packages are only sent insured with DHL.

Lamps up to 10 kg including lampshade - Shipping & Packaging: 14,00 Euro

Lampshades up to 25 x 25 cm – Shipping & Packaging 7 Euro

Lampshades from 30 x 30 cm up to 45 x 45 cm - Shipping & Packaging 9 Euro

 

Postal delivery within the EU outside Germany:

Lamps up to 5 kg including lampshade - Shipping & Packaging: 15.00 Euro

Lamps up to 10 kg including lampshade - Shipping & Packaging: 22.00 Euro

Lampshades up to 25 x 30 cm - Shipping & Packaging: 10 Euro

Lampshades from 30 x 35 cm up to 45 x 45 cm - Shipping & Packaging: 14 Euro
