Return conditions
Right of return
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and, if possible, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Warranty
Since we also sell electric lamps, we provide the legally required warranty on the electrical components. This means the buyer is entitled to a free repair or replacement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects that occur during normal use of your electrical device. However, it does not cover damage caused by improper use or improper maintenance of the device. This warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase. It does not apply to included bulbs—be they LED bulbs, traditional incandescent bulbs, or rechargeable bulbs that can be charged via a USB-C cable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Exchange
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. You can contact us here at any time to request an exchange.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. You can contact us here at any time to revoke your consent.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
