Bay Keramik Fat Lava Table Lamp from Original Vintage Vase

This small accent lamp is based on an original ceramic vase by Bay Keramik from the 1960s/70s. The vase combines a classic Fat Lava look with a very elegant, almost amphora-like shape. Particularly beautiful is the contrast between the deep black base, the warm yellow glaze, and the bright, relief-like embellishments in the upper area.

The handmade lampshade picks up on the vibrant colors of the vase and enhances the lamp's typical 70s character. The graphic fabric in black, orange, and cream evokes stylized palm leaves or abstract Art Deco patterns, creating a very warm and atmospheric light when illuminated.

Conversion to a Lamp
The vase was converted into a lamp in a way that preserved the object. No drilling was done, so the original character of the ceramic is maintained. Due to its compact form, the lamp is particularly well-suited as a decorative light object on shelves, windowsills, or smaller sideboards.
