Cari Zalloni Space Age lamp made of PAN ceramics by Goebel

This extraordinary Space Age lamp is based on a ceramic lamp from Goebel's PAN-Keramik series, designed by Cari Zalloni. Zalloni's designs are among the most iconic positions of German ceramic modernism and are particularly sought after by collectors today.

The vase impresses with its organic, almost sculptural shape and its rare glaze in luminous orange with deep blue to cobalt blue tones. The blue is more vibrant than the photos suggest. The artfully flowing glaze creates a strong visual dynamic and makes each piece unique.

The lampshade was newly made and covered with a high-quality Italian design fabric made of 100% organic cotton. The motif is a surreal planetary landscape and fits perfectly with the Space Age lamp.

The ceramic is in very good condition and shows a glaze typical for the 60s and 70s, which here, however, is masterfully crafted. The original wiring is preserved and functional. No liability for functionality can be assumed - as it is a private sale.
