Cordless Vase Lamp made from Dümler & Breiden Fat Lava Ceramics – 36 cm
A characterful unique piece from the heyday of German ceramic design: This cordless table lamp was made from an original Dümler & Breiden vase from the 1970s. The elegant, amphora-like shape and the classic Fat Lava glaze with its warm color gradient of brown and vibrant orange make the vase a typical representative of West German Pottery.
The cylindrical lampshade picks up on the vase's color scheme and creates an exciting contrast with its expressive African wax print. The graphic pattern in Op Art style creates an impressive sense of depth with its dynamic lines. When switched on, the translucent fabric glows particularly intensely, bathing the room in a warm, atmospheric light.
The lamp is operated wirelessly, making it suitable not only for sideboards or shelves, but also for dining tables, windowsills, balconies, or terraces – wherever there is no power outlet nearby.
Like all Roomlight Studio lamps, this unique piece was converted with particular care. The collector's value of the vase is preserved, as no drilling was done. The reversible plug-in solution allows for a return to its original state at any time. The lamp base is additionally weighted for a secure stand.
The rechargeable LED light source is charged via USB-C, offers – depending on brightness – a lighting duration of approximately 6 to 12 hours, and can be conveniently dimmed and adjusted in light color via remote control. The light source can be easily reordered later.
