Restored Vintage Lamps

The 1950s to 1970s produced an extraordinary variety of design lamps. Ceramic, glass, chrome and brass were crafted into characterful luminaires that are now considered icons of Mid-Century design.

Roomlight Studio sources, curates, and restores selected vintage lamps from this era. Many of the luminaires come from renowned manufacturers and impress with their extraordinary shapes, materials, and timeless design. Where possible, we reunite originally matching lamp pairs or small series, thus preserving a part of their history.

In our Berlin workshop, ceramic, glass, and metal are carefully inspected and, if necessary, restored. We pay particular attention to preserving the original character of the lamps.

Since many vintage luminaires today are found without their original shade or with damaged lampshades, we custom-make new matching lampshades. The shades are individually tailored to the respective lamp base, combining historical designs with contemporary lighting effects.

In this collection, you will find restored vintage table lamps, floor lamps, and accent lights from the Mid-Century Modern design era – carefully refurbished and ready for a new home.
